BWSR Central Office (and Metro Office) is on the second floor of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency building, 520 Lafayette Road North, in St. Paul.
Public parking:
Visitor parking [A], north side of building: Limited number of spaces, 4-hour limit.
Visitor parking / overflow lot [B]. Entrance on Grove Street.
Visitors please note: Please notify a BWSR staff member before your visit, so a name tag can be prepared and ready for you at the security desk.
Employee contract parking: Lots #1 through #6.
Driving directions:
Northbound on 35E: Exit on Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn right, then
take another immediate right onto Mississippi (almost like doing a
u-turn). Follow to University Avenue and turn left. Take University
Avenue to Lafayette Road, and go straight at the stop light to enter the parking lot.
Southbound on 35E: Exit on University Avenue. Turn left and follow University to Lafayette Road. Go straight at the stop light to enter the parking lot.
Eastbound on I-94 (from Minneapolis): Exit on 7th Street and turn left. Follow to Lafayette Road and turn left. Go about 3 1/2 blocks and turn right into the MPCA parking lot.
Westbound on I-94: Exit on Mounds Boulevard, follow to 7th Street. Turn left onto 7th Street and go to Lafayette Road. Turn right on Lafayette. Go about 3 1/2 blocks and turn right into the MPCA parking lot.
