BWSR Grant Program Work Plan & Reporting Overview - Updated February 2012

Recipients of BWSR funds are required to report expenditures, measurable outcomes and activities from the previous calendar year as provided in the grant agreement. Annual reporting provided must comply to the requirements and formats set by the Board.

The deadline for reporting varies by grant program and term of the grant agreement. These dates are generally February 1st, June 30th, and August 1st.  Please refer to the grant agreement for the exact dates. If you are unable to complete reporting timely, you must contact your board conservationist to discuss a possible extension.

BWSR may act as the fiscal agent on behalf of other state agencies. These agencies have specific program requirements and may request additional reporting specific to these programs.
