MASWCD institute cohort develops leadership skills, forges connections

Since 1996, the Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation District’s Leadership Institute has provided opportunities to build leadership skills and broaden professional networks. This year’s cohort — which is composed of SWCD, BWSR and NRCS staff — is slated to complete the program in August.
