Grant Description

Conservation Delivery Grants provide each Soil and Water Conservation District with funds for the general administration and operation of the district. These administrative and operational costs include paying for the costs of employing staff, office space, transportation, postage and utilities, and supervisors’ compensation and expenses. The Conservation Delivery grant funds are dispursed annually to Soil and Water Conservation Districts as part of the executed SWCD Program and Operations grant agreement or addendum.

Reporting Overview

Grant recipients are required to report on grant outcomes, activities, and accomplishments in eLINK according to the requirements outlined in the grant agreement and policies within BWSR’s Grants Administration Manual. The Conservation Delivery grant does not require a workplan. Expenses should be reported in eLINK, and a description of how the funds were used should be entered in the Actual Results field. The full amount of this grant is paid to the grantee upon execution of the grant agreement.
