Small group On the Job Training (OJT) on soil health related practices.

Attendees will meet, virtually or in person, with the same group over the course of weeks/months. Groups will be led by the local ARC and/or TTCP Training Conservationist. The focus of these meetings is the planning, design, and installation/certification of soil health related conservation practices. The core practices that will be the focus of the OJT includes Conservation Crop Rotation (CPS 328), No Till (CPS 329), Cover Crop (CPS 340), and Reduced Till (CPS 345).

The intent of these cohorts is that attendees will gain the skills, confidence, and credentialing to independently plan, design, and certify all of the core soil health practices.
