Research council tackles stormwater concerns

The Minnesota Stormwater Research Council formed a couple of years ago to pool resources and fund large-scale applied research projects. With a $1.5 million Clean Water Land & Legacy Amendment award — and funds from watersheds and cities — the council is poised to issue spring and fall RFPs.
