Small group On the Job Training (OJT) on seeding related practices.
Attendees will meet, virtually or in person, with the same group over the course of weeks/months. Groups will be led by the local ARC, TTCP Training Conservationists, Specialists or other partner subject matter experts. The focus of these meetings is the planning, design, and installation/certification of seeding practices.
The intent of these cohorts is that attendees will gain the skills, confidence, and credentialing to independently plan, design, and certify at least one seeding practice. Group leads can help identify knowledge and skills gaps of participants and coach individuals in the development of those KSAs. Group members may also coach each other on KSA development.
